Le tarif de base comprend la location sur 7 nuits du SAMEDI ou DIMANCHE 17H00 (arrivée) au SAMEDI ou DIMANCHE suivant 10H00 (départ).
En moyenne et basse saison, le tarif de la location des gîtes est calculé à la nuitée.
Sheets, towels, dish towels and hand towels are provided upon your arrival. A clean change will be provided for one stay per fortnight.
We offer you additional towels and beach towels for an additional fee at the price of €5 per week/person.
The tenant must insure against rental risks and take out cancellation insurance if desired.
La taxe de séjour à régler sur place est de 2€/nuit/personne de plus de 18 ans.
This price is given as an indication and may change depending on the decisions of local authorities.
A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is paid upon reservation by check or bank transfer.
The balance is collected 1 month before entering the premises for payments by transfer or check, or upon handing over the keys for cash payments. Bank cards are not accepted.
A security deposit of €600 is required upon handing over the keys for the 2-person gîte, and €800 for the 6-person gîte.
This deposit is returned to you after inventory on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the lodges is prohibited.
Forfait obligatoire pour les courts séjours (jusqu’à 3 nuits): 50€
Pour les long séjours, si l’option ménage n’est pas réservé, le logement devra être laissé propre et le ménage effectué avant le départ.
Un forfait ménage (80€ pour gîte La verrière et 150€ pour le gîte les Arches) vous est proposé ce qui ne vous déchargera pas de défaire les lits, vider les poubelles et ranger la vaisselle.
Access to the swimming pool, open from May to September, (depending on the weather) is permanent from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The swimming pool is shared by holidaymakers and owners.
The swimming pool is secured by an automatic cover but does not require adult supervision.
Children must be accompanied and are subject to the responsibility and supervision of their parent.
