G\u00eete rentals :<\/h1>

Le tarif de base comprend la location sur 7 nuits du SAMEDI ou DIMANCHE 17H00 (arriv\u00e9e) au SAMEDI ou DIMANCHE suivant 10H00 (d\u00e9part).<\/p>

En moyenne et basse saison, le tarif de la location des g\u00eetes est calcul\u00e9 \u00e0 la nuit\u00e9e.<\/p>

Sheets, towels, dish towels and hand towels are provided upon your arrival. A clean change will be provided for one stay per fortnight.<\/p>

We offer you additional towels and beach towels for an additional fee at the price of \u20ac5 per week\/person.<\/p>

The tenant must insure against rental risks and take out cancellation insurance if desired.<\/p>

La taxe de s\u00e9jour \u00e0 r\u00e9gler sur place est de 2\u20ac\/nuit\/personne de plus de 18 ans.<\/p>

This price is given as an indication and may change depending on the decisions of local authorities.<\/p>

Reservations :<\/h1>

A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is paid upon reservation by check or bank transfer.<\/p>

\u00a0The balance is collected 1 month before entering the premises for payments by transfer or check, or upon handing over the keys for cash payments. Bank cards are not accepted.<\/p>

\u00a0A security deposit of \u20ac600 is required upon handing over the keys for the 2-person g\u00eete, and \u20ac800 for the 6-person g\u00eete.<\/p>

This deposit is returned to you after inventory on the day of departure.<\/p>

General :<\/h1>

Pets are not allowed.<\/p>

Smoking inside the lodges is prohibited.<\/p>

Household :<\/h1>

Forfait obligatoire pour les courts s\u00e9jours (jusqu’\u00e0 3 nuits):\u00a0 50\u20ac<\/p>

Pour les long s\u00e9jours, si l’option m\u00e9nage n’est pas r\u00e9serv\u00e9,\u00a0le logement devra \u00eatre laiss\u00e9 propre et le m\u00e9nage effectu\u00e9 avant le d\u00e9part.<\/p>

Un forfait m\u00e9nage (80\u20ac pour g\u00eete La verri\u00e8re et 150\u20ac pour le g\u00eete les Arches) vous est propos\u00e9 ce qui ne vous d\u00e9chargera pas de d\u00e9faire les lits, vider les poubelles et ranger la vaisselle.<\/p>

Pool :<\/h1>

Access to the swimming pool, open from May to September, (depending on the weather) is permanent from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.<\/p>

The swimming pool is shared by holidaymakers and owners.<\/p>

The swimming pool is secured by an automatic cover but does not require adult supervision.<\/p>
